It's a rest day for me so I did some cardio and calves and hit the showers. My nips are still the only cause of concern - tender and pointy but not getting any bigger thank god.

Apart from that all's good - low energy, little sleep last night and i think I'm coming down with a cold that my kids brought home from school. Have to wait & see.

I am taking
50 mg of d-bol in 4 tiny portions a day
250 of Test C Depot twice a week

I took 2 injections of Deca 250 each about 12 and 7 days ago.

I started taking Animal Pak/Stack - Vits, arginine, caffeine, etc. but was too wired w/ that so dropped it about 5 days into it. i will prolly pick that up again at some point, but there were too may variables for me to tell what was doing what.

Got Adex (Anastrozole) today .5mg ea day

Nipps are stable at this point but sore to touch - certainly wont be any fun for my wife (or me for that matter. (un?) fortunately we both have colds ATM so we're not in the moood for doin the wild thang.

So you stopped the deca and the gyno started to clear, right?? Looks like your probably very sensitive to progest.'s.. I steer clear then. Nothing wrong with continuing on with dbol and Test.. doses look good!

Not exactly - I stopped the deca and it got alittle worse and now has been stable - no changes for about 5 days. i think the DECA is still in my system from 7 days ago - but it may be the test too. Dumbshit that I am I didcided to do both figuring "oh that will never happen to me..." This is why I did badly in Chemistry class in HS - I would change all the variables - it would smoke & turn green and the prof would say how did you do that? "Uhhhhh dunno." i am however a very good cook and I never measure anything and never follow a recipe. Hahaha

Default News Flash - Test Works!

Dudes!!! i feel like shit 'cause I have a cold (3 days into it!) but I went to the gym today and whoa - The test kicked in!


i'm so stoked - I had an awsome workout - hit a bunch of pb's and felt super strong! Most excellent. I was careful to keep good form and not do anything stoopid to injure myself but shit - I haven't felt this strong in 15 yrs! My endurance sucks ATM - i think because of the cold (I ran a bit this afternoon & got winded) but hey this is cool.

Also pinned my right glute -did well looking in the mirror - didn't hurt at all altho I found it hard to pump it in - maybe it was the angle. So now I hve 4 spots I feel comfortable rotating - quads and glutes.

THE WORKOUT:
I know alotta u bros will lift this before breakfast with one arm tied behind your back...but i was pretty pleased w/ today's iron. Many were PB's - I think - at least thery were PB's from the last 15 years - can't remember before that if I ever exceeded these.

So I am guessing the test is working! Only other thing I did different this am was a double espresso and a CMI NO3-overload drink - which seems to be mostly caffine and bitter orange extract. I'm pretty stoked. QWeight was down a bit 195 from 198 earlier in the week - lost my appetite w/ the cold.

Guys; here are some pics about 2 weeks ago. Iknow, many of you will say I bear a remarkable resemblance to Arnold - it's not true.

Anyways - appreciate any comments/ suggestions, got a lot to work on.

And BTW - Nipple thing seems to be almost gone - hardly any sensitivity there now.

Okay guys so nobody commented on the pics - clearly intimidated by my massive physique - not to worry, I won't take it personally...Hahahaha

Okay so it's sunday and yes i still have the superhuman strength that came out yesterday. Had a great leg w/o - trying to get back into squats after taking a long time off from them fo fear of back injury. So i'm trying to not be a jerk and go into the gym as Mr. test man and pull a muscle - but still feels great to have some extra power coming from reserve. For you younger guys it may not be quite such a revelation, but my test production has been on the decline (while still "normal") for some years now. So it's kinda nice to walk into the gym and find the beast within...;-)

Bro, in all honesty your pic's look fine and you have a great place to start but you really need to put more weight into your routine. Seriously consider switching to the 5x5 routine!! Since your running test, take advantage and run a program that will put some size/LBM on you..
What's your total cals and macro's look like???

Ok Brothas here's the scoop for today

Got my diet laid out yesterday - shit - don't know if I can eat that many chiken boobs in one day! I am going for 3100 cals a day going to split it into protein/fat and protein carb meals. No fats & carbs together - this will be my explanation for when I'm on TV and have "ABs of Steel"

Little bit of a sore butt where i pinned on Sat - but nothing really noteworthy. Nipps are stable but still look like they do when i am skiing - little hard bullets - i guess the test is like viagra for the nipps! Anyways no big deal there still taking the Adex - may switch out to Letro if I can find some. i also have nolva available - any opinins?

Weighed in at 198 today - feelin good - pants still fit so i am thinking that it is not collecting as fat around my waist - must be a lot of water too tho. Can still see my abs but my arms are quite smooth.

Strength is great - going to take advantage of that while I can! (Still taking 50mg of d-bol ED)

Focus on chest & Back. (Nice little kick in the ass from JayC yesterday - thanks bud - so am trying to do a 5x5 workout and go heavy at least 3 days a week)

Standing Calf raises (haven't done these in a wile - hard to see progress there so I did the whole stack and held some DBs at my sides.)

General notes for any other old dudes thinking of stepping across to the dark side:

Feeling great - 17 days into this cycle. lots of energy, strength, etc. All this in spite of having a nasty cold.
Recovery time seems to be cut in half or 1/3 (U may not experience this if you are younger than me- but I think it's a miracle - my traps were TOTALLY fried yesterday after my shoulder w/o and today ....100% recovery!) i am even thinking about working out twice a day if i can fit it in - (Hope my wife understands "Gee honey I decided to work out today instead of earning a living..." self employed....Hahahaha - not likely.)
Love feeling younger - some of the benefits: I have acne & oily skin again - Din't realize how much I missed this (not).
Increased libido and Ahem ....how to put this...morning wood.
No hair loss evident(I'm a hairy bastard up top - don't think I could even notice)

Mipps still a little wierd - doing the ADEX 50mgED but they are still pointy and sensitive - doesn't really bother me but I do wonder if it will lead to anything else in my pecs...sounds perv but I've been "feelin them up" - no sign of any little titties so i guess all is well. i imagine the nipps will retreat once i stop the Test.
weight gain has been consistant even tho some days I don't hit my 3100 cal mark - I'm up to 199.7lbs today- last time i tipped the scales at 200 i was wearing a size 36 pant! - I'm still in my 33's although the pants are fitting tighter around my glutes so i have taken to carrying my wallet, phone, keys etc outside (had to buy a "messenger bag" aka man purse, cause my lunch is so damned big - anyone see that Seinfeld episode...Hahaha.)

Going to increase my cardio this week (rather add in my cardio - dropped it about a week ago.)

naturally you mean .5mg Adex ED...

I would seriously consider incorporating some more DC, West Side or 5x5 type training... like JayC said, there is never a time in your life in which you are going to be able to gain quality LBM like now... hit it hard with some serious weight

Hahaha = my typing isn't too good - yes .5mg adex ed and "nipps" not "mipps"

Thanks for the feedback - I really appreciate it - I found some good info on 5x5 - what's DC & Westside? I've been really pushing the weights up in the last week and been amazed that I can do so much more relatively easily. I'm having no prob with gaining the weight - just want to make sure it's 80%muscle and not fat. Really can't believe how quick the recovery period is now.

I think 5x5 would work great for you man!

If you do westside, do joe defranco's version, westside for skinny bastards. Joe is a GREAT guy, his gym is a LOT of fun. And his program works. I made a visit last year and had a blast
