my last test cycle was a cutter... so I sacrificed a little bit of muscle mass for the drop in bodyfat. But with that being said, I would say that I kept about 5lbs of lean body mass while dropping my bodyfat from ~17% to <12%

September 3rd
100mg Test Prop, 37.5mg Tren Ace... injected into my right quad, injection went well
NO TRAINING
*had some really crazy dreams last night, and didn't sleep all that soundly at all. Think the Tren must have had something to do with that.
*excited to do Dead Lifts tomorrow... looking to get 500 for a few

Wow MDS!- didn't realize your results w/ that cycle were so dramatic - it's hard to get from 17 to 12 in 12 weeks! How much did you increase your caloric intake to achive that ?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by that... If you want to take a look at my results, you can just check out the log... but in short I went from 238 to ~255 in 6-7 weeks and then cut to 231 at 12% bf in 9 weeks or so. My calorie intake while bulking was up to around 5,200 or so, and then when I was cutting I dropped it to as low as 3,200.

nice deads... 500x3... fantastic
i'd consider running some dermacrine for the lethargy. it gives me a boost in energy when I use it.

Its funny you said that because I have been feeling sluggish for most of the day since I've been on the Tren. I didn't realize that was a side effect. I have been sleeping 9 hours a night, eating 4,000 plus calories ED, drinking the equivalent of about 5 cups of coffee a day in coffee and energy drinks, and I'm still tired all day. I do get a crazy surge of energy at the gym though, which is a real plus.
After 6 days of use, I have noticed some serious dryness and an overall hardness in muscular definition thus far and have only had some increased sweating and pretty crazy dreams while on the Tren. The benefits have far outweighed the negatives as of day 6.

only issue is, running as high of a dose of Test and Tren as I am, 700mg/wk and 350mg/wk respectively, I don't know how much Dermacrine is going to do for me... I may start pulsing a little Test Suspension prior to training though.

Saturday 6th
100mg Test Prop, 37.5mg Tren Ace... nice smooth pec injection like always
Tris and Bis
CGBP 225/8, 245/8, 255/5
Straight Bar Curls 115/10, 120/8, 125/8
Cambered Bar Over Head Presses 115/8, 115/6, 95/12 (first 2 sets a little too heavy)
DB Hammer Curls 55's/10, 60's/9, 65's/8
Nautilus Dips 250/15, 250/14, 260,8
Nautilus Preacher Curls 155/10, 170/8, 170/6 drop to 90/6
"clean up cardio" as well
*felt pretty good, a little tired because I woke up and went right to the gym... overall a very good and productive workout
*this is the first cycle that I have been very lean before I started it, and now I know why everyone says you should be around 12% when you cycle... the mass gains that I have made so far have been incredibly quality and hard. It's nice to be able to see every single pound being put on rather than getting more massive but not looking much better.

Hey Buddy - nice workout -glad to see it's going so well. Did you ever try shrugs on the standing calf machine. they seem easier but totally isolates the traps - may want to try those to pre exhaust or finish off .
BTW- what length pin did u use on the pecs - 1"?

unfortunately both gyms that I train at when I'm at school don't have a standing calf raise... so thats not a possibility, but I have seen people do them and they seem to be a smart idea
correct, a 1" pin is what I use to shoot my pecs
