its tough to say, I don't know how much more than 8 weeks of Tren I want to do... and I am planning on running a nice long one starting mid-January, so I'm going to need to stay shorter with this one

only reason I don't want to run an AI or caber at this point in my cycle is because I'm seeing almost no real negative side from the estro or the progesterone... the sluggishness is really all I have experienced

no real bloat, no gyno, etc from either the test or tren so I can't see the reasoning to throw in an AI or caber quite yet

And I did read your "prevent/reduce side effects"... I just think the Adex would do be more harm then good at this point because of how dry my joints got when I used it my last cycle

And I don't have access to Caber right now, so that's a no go

Explain how Letro prevents estro and progesterone, there wasn't much explaining in your post

really good news... my right rear delt is in much better shape this morning. The swelling has subsided greatly, the soreness/stiffness is nearly gone, and my right glute (where I shot the same gear yesterday) is perfectly fine and actually feels better than normal

100mg Test Prop, 37.5mg Tren Ace... injected into left glute, went very well

4 pumps of Sustain Alpha... rubbed into my forearms

Great news about the delt! ...and in my opinion stay away from adex and letro!! Both are terrible AI's for men and reduce the wrong estro.. plus letro tends to cause a rebound effect and shut your estro down completely (bad!).. Letro is fine for a few days if have bad signs of gyno but thats about the only time I recommend that. Didn't you have some AIFM on hand?? Personally I'd be using that at a squirt or two daily just to keep levels normal throughtout cycle.. AIFM or Aromasin are the only AI's I would/will use..

AIFM is the plan for now, I might run it like 2 pumps a day for a little while and see how it works for me

I'm also going to start the Sustain Alpha from PP soon as well and hopefully my nuts come back/stay the same

it was weird cuz I have never had any real injection issues in any of my previous cycles, the right delt was the first issue

I wish, unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on any with the slow of production.

I have noticed slight atrophy, and I'm hoping the Sustain Alpha helps with that.

I also have an order coming in soon for 25k iu's of HCG and if that ever gets here, I'll be in good shape for a while.

yeah man, I don't mind talking about it... it's a real and negative side effect of steroid use...

it would be nice to have this Sustain Alpha work and keep my nuts around during the cycle...

they'll come back after my cycle, but having the boys with you during cycle is always nice and it helps in recovery

*awesome workout, felt very strong ever though I went out last night and didn't get much sleep

clean up Cardio as well

*noticed a little bit of tenderness under my left nipple today... thought about all the factors involved and realized that whenever I use an LH/FSH stimulator (be it HCG or in this case Sustain Alpha), I get some sensitivity under my left nipple... going to run AIFM now for a bit and see how that clears things up (I haven't noticed much in negative sides thus far, but cutting down on a little bit of estro and a tiny bit of water won't hurt)
