HS wide press 1 plate+25 (per side) x8 2 plates x8 2 plates+25 x8 3 plates x8 3 plates+25 x7 - Wasn't going to waste time benching today, threw too many punches last night.
arnold press 60's x8 75's x8 85's x8.5
cable shrugs 200 x10 x15 db shrugs 100's x20
superset w/ forearm work

Nah, I think I'm done with it. In the short term I may try some of that stuff PA's talking about in the anabolic forum. In the long term I'd like to take a little time off and get on some test.
