deadlifting 455 x5 is pretty good buddy.
Where is the weak point on the bench?
off the chest?
couple inches above?
halfway?
lockout?

I really think because of the work with Board Presses and Floor Presses that part of the lift covered, I would have to say its the couple inches off the chest point
I'm going to be incorporating more speed training into my workouts, so hopefully that will make things easier

Plans for the Upcoming cycle
plans for the upcoming cycle:
235lbs (about a 10 pound gain) with the same bodyfat ~11-12%
Going to be keeping with the power lifting thing for a while so:
3 plates 1 rep Incline Bench
4 plates 1 rep Flat Bench
5 plates 1 rep Squat
6 plates 1 rep Deadlift
Cycle:
Weeks 1-8 100mg Test Prop ED
Weeks 1-8 50mg Tren Ace ED (home brew)
Weeks 3-8 50mg Winny Injectable ED
* could potentially go a little bit longer (9-10 weeks) depending on the results, etc...
* I really wanna stay hard and lean this cycle, hence the use of both Tren and Winny along with Test Prop
* depending on the results for the first 2 weeks with Test/Tren, which I'm sure are going to be amazing, I might limit the Winny use to the last 3 weeks only (20ml bottles of Winny, so 20 days)
* I'm also sitting on more than enough Test Suspension for this cycle and might opt for that instead of the Test Prop... I'd like to hear some opinions on that from all who are willing to chime in
Let me know if you have any other questions about the cycle, training, etc...

What are your specific goals for the cycle?? 10 lbs gain and power/strength?? I personally like to run mine much longer but thats prefrence and different goals. Cant attest on the Tren so your on your own there ..I could never run it because of the possible cardio kill and other sides. We'll see how you react to it, some do fine.. I think you'd be absolutely thrilled with a Test/Var cycle but maybe next time
