Its a fine line w/MMA bro.. alot of the sides or even "gains" can sometimes hinder peformance... so getting actual better/increased "performance" from a litteral term is tough to balance and find. Now, getting better/increased RECOVERY from all the intense day to day training that goes into MMA, that can be achieved... so then you can train longer, harder, and more often. And if you train harder, longer, and more often, you get better faster

Diet is going to be key!! Manage your daily cals and macro's like you would a business!! Second, supplement with the key components like Multi-vitamin w/mineral, Glucos/Chondr, MSM, Fish Oil/Omega-3, BCAA, Glutamine, Arginine, Creatine, beta alanine, or what works for you. There really is no "fighters" stack but making sure your Test level is always in the upper range would be most imporant (i.e. test prop, cyp, e). Then you could thow in halo or var at times to help as well. Alot the other stuff and you risk killing cardio, bloating up, or putting yourself in a higher weightclass.. I firmly believe that alot of todays elite fighters are using mostly HGH and maybe a little test.
