As far as Rampages money is concerned any civil judgement won't really affect his money, the sports industry has had to deal with this sort of thing before, money is paid to other corporate entities or holdings for the performances of the athlete and thus are not attachable by the civil judgements, also Dana (or any other promoter for that matter) will gladly asssist in these matters because if the fightrer isn't making any money he won't fight if he doesn't fight people don't watch and so on..
