your best bet if you wana get the best mouth guard you can is to check your dentist. when i would get mine i know he had books with all kind of different styles and looks, and it will fit so good you will forget you have it in. if i need one right away ringside is always great but again nothing is as good as a pro style mouth guard for the dentist.
