  4. Hcg you can do IM but it comes as a powder, you mix it with bacteriostatic water (2ml for 5000iu) and it's normally injected subQ in stomach fat with an insulin syringe. Insulin syringes are used to be able to measure it properly.

    ANastrazole .5mg EOD if needed, start at .25 eod

    If you are on TRT or hormone replacement then you don't need a PCT. Androgel sucks and will convert to much estro and will not keep t levels stable. Just self administer 200mg test a week for TRT and drop the gel, also add hcg 250 iu twice a week

  10. Not really. Give it a couple more weeks then start to fully utilize the cycle. AAS are not really going to heal any injuries and especially something like a sprain.

    Time and ice are best right now. Sprains can be bad but a couple weeks should have you feeling pretty good.
