    Saw your thread on critique. Had a couple of questions.

    What kind of diet were you on in order to get there. I havent cycled in about a year due to a car accident, and now i want to lower my body fat from 30% to atleast 15% before i jump back on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
