Hello I have a quick question. Can I take L-Glutamine 5 g, Acetyl-carnitine1g and anabolic halo powder 1 scoop altogether right after my workout? or should I take Acetyl-carnitine by itself first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
I have a question and I know you would be able to give me a good response. I am currently doing a bulk cycle of Sust and Dbol and I'm also doing cardio (treadmill) 4 or 5 times a week for a minimum of 45 minuts each time. I am 47, 6'2 230lbs and 14% body fat. Does the amount of cardio Im doing affect my ability to put on muscle or does it not really matter as long Im getting the right nutritian? I know your a busy lady but I respect your knowledge and I hope you can help me with this.

Miss muscle, if i were to stack saw palmetto with an AAS cycle or prohormone supplement can that help with hair thinning?? I read that saw palmetto helps lower dht.
