Hey man - haven't been on in a while so missed yor post. Cool u have a little girl - how old? they are pretty fun. Were u totally blown away the first time u played w/ barbies? hahahaha - i was! (I have 1 brother so never had any "girl" contact growing up - just footballs & basketballs - LOL) Wat u mean "doing this on my own?" lifting? I do, but in the past 2 years have made a lot of friends at the gym, sometimes too many with all the chit chat - hard to get a good workout in. Nice to be friendly with the big guys tho " say how'd you get those 20" guns...?" i've gotten some great tips from guys at the gym - totally bogus ones too - the really young ones don't think twice about injuries or joints, etc. Later man!

Hahahaha - freedom 45 as in 45 years old/ whoa - great plan dude! I'm on freedom 65 ATM...hahahaha Yup that's my little dude - 10 years old and brolic as hell - he's great. The best motivation for me to stay in shape - to keep up with him! ALso have a 12 yr old daughter -she's all girl and sweet as pie! U got some too?
