....No it will not come up on a drug test. For employment drug tests they check for narcotics n shit like that...I was on clen when I went through the pre-employment drug screen..All good. And worse case scenario if it did come up you just say you have asthma, it would show up as a bronchiladator or asthma medication, that is what clen is.

enough Taurine, if your sodium intake is high you can still get cramping...So watch out for the salty shit...Def stay away from sodas....You should really only be drinking water while on clen.

Also what kind of cramping are we talking about here? Are you talking about a light cramping/soreness? or are you talking about a "clen Cramp"? clen cramps are bad, probably the worse kind of you will ever experience..Example you lose control of your muscle and it stays in the cramp for a long time..Very painful. The one time I was in front of my computer and I hadn't taken the Taurine and I bent over to grab the mouse, my entire midsection cramped for the next 40 minutes lol I could not move...Afterward it felt like I did 400 crunches!!! lol

Yea thats good. I dont know how many mg of the Taurine to take because 1: I take the powder form and 2: everyone has different needs...You might need to take more or you might be alright with that dosing!
If your legs are cramping while on the Taurine you might need to look at 5 different factors
1: Maybe take more Taurine
2: Perhaps your Potassium levels are low. Some people take potassium supplements while on it, I never have and I never got cramps..Then again I eat a lot of Bananas and Oranges, both have lots of Potassium.
3: Are you drinking enough water? Try to get in a gallon a day. You might think you be drinking a lot or close to a gallon but to put things into perspective a gallon is 128 fluid ounces, being that each glass of water is only 8 oz You would need to drink 16 glasses of water. Even while on clen my urine comes out clear, yours should too.
4: Salt/Sodium intake: Even if lets say you are drinking enough water, have enough Potassium, and are taking in...
