isnt it better to use bac water though so it lasts longer?

i put 2.5ml in the vial which makes 5units 100mcg,in a 2mg vial i put 1ml which again makes 5units 100mcg.(that is with a standard 1ml insulin needle)not using bac just plain injection water sterile
