    Cool New to OLOGY
    This is my first post and I am New to Ology. by far the best forum out there with excellent info. Browsed around a bit before joining and enjoyed everything. Had to Join! Hope I get to meet all the real Gurus and learn from them. I'm 32 from the US nutrition and training has been a part of me for quite some time now. Glad to be a part of this group
