    Whats the correct amount of sleep while on AAS assuming a desk job and workouts 6x a week.

    Sleep as much as you can! You grow the most in your sleep. Shoot if I had time I would take an afternoon siesta and a post work-out nap if I can!

    6-8 hours of deep sleep.

    As much as you can get! I would recommend about 8hours or so

    Dam i get 6-7 on week days any more than that i feel more tired.

    6-8 hours is plenty. Of course 8 is better than 6.
