At the gym you usually see the same people over and over and over again. You know some of the people are working damn hard. However, they dont show it. What you think of the people who are working hard but not showing results. In otherwords they are bodybuilding but you would not know it. This to me is always a fasination thing. They are really doing the work so whats wrong???? Now let me add I can see the ones that have extra bodyfat or too much but I can still see the muscle on them so to me I do see underneath progress. Im talking about the people men and mostly women who just plain dont make any progress. What do you think is up with this?

So heres the deal, sorry if Im posting this in the wrong place. My girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship, it sucks but dont have much of a choice right now. So Im obviously no always around. She "tries" to be healthy, but for the most part goes to the gym when Im there and really only eats healthy on a diet when Im there.

Shes telling me shes going on the "detox diet". I really cant force her not to. Ive already gone over how bad this kind of stuff is etc. Its not getting through. Any suggestions of what I should do or tell her?

The diet is the one where you drink only water and no food for 2 days, then you eat nothing but fruit for something like 5 or something. Its just going in one ear and out the other for her right now.

Thanks,

Keith

The fina is 100mg/cc confirmed by lab testing. Any comments you gals have would be deeply appreciated. My husband keeps telling me hell no, but I want to hear ya'll. Thanks

Ok time for some brutal honesty here. No bashing or controlled bashing please.

I have found I am bordering on abuse with these substances. Like everything else in my life, when I did it, I over did it. ANd these steriods were no exception. Now granted I have no side effects from them , just long non stopping cycles like a fool. Not only did I try to stop, one month after stopping I would walk past my stash and say ohh I miss that strenght, I miss the rush, I miss the no recovery and jump on again like a fool. I have become my own experimental addict rat again in my life.

Like I said no sides that are terrible. However what really now made me stop, and I am walking past my stash no problem this time is I had a pain on my right side. So then came the panic. Ohh I destroyed my liver, Ohh am I yellow yet? So the rat has got to get the junkie side out of my system. I have stopped. No more pains in my side. This was a big of a wake up call.

I am cleaning out now for good. None of this mind game crap. I know , and the worst part is I deep down knew I had that addict personality. I just could not help myself. I still am a women, look just like a women, my husband is not complaining.

I just wanted to tell others this is a big addiction. If you have that junkie personality beware!!!

I am cleaning out now for 4 months and they re-trying (cant completely lose the addict thinking) anavar with a new lab. I promise no more for at least 4 months.

Not sure if this is the correct forum to be posting this in but I figured since it concerned a female, what better place.

My girlfriend went off the pill about a year ago. Since then she has not had her period. We have been to a family doctor, which referred us to a somewhat specialist who seems clueless on the subject. Her body is no longer producing estrogen.

She has been on estrogen therapy for the last 90 days as the specialist said it should kick start estrogen production. Which has not. She was then put on progesterone for the last 10 days. She started some light bleeding, we went to the doctor and were told its her period, but not her period. The progesterone allows for the shedding of the uterun lining, So there is not an accumulation reducing the chance of cancerous cells. And she is back on estrogen and was told to check up in a YEAR!

She is active, in the gym 5-6 days a week. She has s bf% of 14%. Another thing the doctor mentioned was he now wants her to gain another 8% because her body fat is too low. We also questioned about Clomid, and were told that any drug of that sort would not help. And if we do not get pregnant in a year then we would have to do IVF.

She is deeply saddened by this as we have been trying to have a baby. Its very discouraging and she can't seem to feel like herself. Its like living with a women who is going through menopause. The mood swings, really bad loss of memory, extremely emotional.

We were told this is pretty rare. Being some of you play with hormones maybe someone had an idea.

Any input would be appreciated.
