			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I've been gone from working out for about 1 1/2 yrs now and am now getting back. It sucks in the beginning as I knew it would but I anticipated that.<br />
<br />
My problem is I gained 40 extra pounds of fat in my absence from the sport. I need some help on a realistic diet. By that I mean something I can actually stick to, food that tastes good and is good for me. <br />
<br />
I'm 290pds (6' 4') now and want to get back to 250, solid. I don't know my bf%, but i have a gut and some love handles if that tells you anything.<br />
<br />
Can anybody set me up with a sample diet and possibly some good low-sodium seasoning, good late night snacks (big time late night eater), etc. <br />
<br />
I really appreciate any help on this. My diet as is isn't one, it's what the wife cooks which isn't always bad for me but I know I could be eating much cleaner.<br />

Obviously it's not for you if you're in the bulking phase, but it's essentially a shake that you consume for a period of 2 days which replaces any and all food for that period of time.  It's supposed to allow your body to stop breaking down food so your natural calorie-consumption machine can get caught up, giving your body a kick-start to uninhibited fat burning when followed by a strong diet and workout routine, as well as cleansing the body of harmful toxins.  I know it would do well for me mentally, I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with the practical aspect of it???</div>

224g fat<br />
286g protein<br />
9g carbs<br />

I use ketostyx to monitor my ketone levels. They have started showing trace amounts then drop again. Anyone here experinced with this type diet? I only intend on running this one for 7 days. So i have 4 days left. I have dropped about 5lbs scale weight. And physically it is becoming noticable but nothing like the last few times I have ran this style diet.</div>
