I have been reading about good diets people have used to cut and have read the cutting primer and have come up with this.

Daily this includes my pwo shake on days I workout
I got this from the cutting primer thread by modifying the sample diet. The thing I am clueless about are the amount of calories I should be taking in, I have heard start at maintenence and then go lower, but I dont know what maintence is for someone like me? My current stats are 6-1 230lbs approx. 19% bf, and my goal is to get down to around 10%bf while losing as little muscle as possible. any help wold be appreciated.
