    Dextrose YES or NO??

    im trying to gain some lean mass and shed a lil fat.. should i be taking dextrose in my pwo shake? and how much . i usually take in about 50g of protien so i was thinking 50g of dextrose?

    this is what my diet looks like....

    Meal 1:

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

    Meal 2:

    Lean Ground Beef,green veggies

    Meal 3:
    2 Cans of Tuna, Veggies

    Meal 4:

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    Workout 5

    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition 7

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 50???g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Meal 6:

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    Meal 8: Before Bed 10

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    gain lean mass AND lose bodyfat? teh WOWZERS!!!

    dextrose, sure why not, if it fits into your macro goals.
