    Default Diet questions from a new member
    Hi,

    New poster, long time reader. I am starting to lift again after a bad car accident about a year ago. I am at about 17% BF and want to get down quick. Anyone have some reccomendations about how I should go about getting back in shape?

    I am 6'1, 215 and like I said about 17% BF.

    What are your opinions about all cardio til I lose the weight, or should I mix it up with gaining weight and losing fat at the sametime?

    At 17% I would just concentrate on getting strong again and keep a clean diet. A normal person looks pretty ripped at around 8-12% so just hit the weights and find a good food intake for you.

    Try getting back into it slowly and gradually bro. If you want to get ripped fast, cardio & a clean diet is the way to go. Cardio, ast least 3 times a week for 30 min and 5-6 small meals per day, watching your carb intake for the last 2 meals of the day.
