New poster, long time reader. I am starting to lift again after a bad car accident about a year ago. I am at about 17% BF and want to get down quick. Anyone have some reccomendations about how I should go about getting back in shape?
I am 6'1, 215 and like I said about 17% BF.
What are your opinions about all cardio til I lose the weight, or should I mix it up with gaining weight and losing fat at the sametime?
