    Default Gf weight loss
I have a question. I know that this is a forum for gear and cycle information, but you guys seem to be very intellegent when it comes to dieting. So please help me. My gf is wanting to lose 15 lbs. she eats well ( to our knowledge ), and does yogaloties eod. Can u guys lay out a good diet for us please? It would be a huge help. Ideas of foods, calorie count ( she doesnt consume very many already ), or even different work out ideas. Thanks

You don't need cardio for weight loss, it has very little impact (might help burn an extra 300-500 kcals) as long as you're in a kcal deficit you will lose weight. Instead of pointing you to 3j like most people, I'll suggest keto diet, been that it's easiest to follow due to the stable insulin levels once you're in ketosis. Keep in mind your girl will have to consume less because she's a female, if she's ofan average build 1500 kcals, if you're unsure they're many calcuators online to work out how much she needs.

Here's a sample diet of what I would be consuming (note: I have so much pepsi max to keep me sane )

Meal 1: 2 fried pork chops with some full fat mayonaise

snack: 2 pints of pepsi max whey protein

    Meal 2: 5 fried eggs

Meal 3: 2 chicken legs from a whole chicken with full fat mayo.

    snack: Pepsi max again

meal 4: tin of tuna with full fat mayo.

    snack: pepsi max, whey protein.

    Hi Jablesjables,

What are her stats ? height, weight, age.. The frst thing she needs to figure out is her TDEE in order to lsoe weight she needs to have a calorie deficit, she should aim 300-500 below her TDEE.. She needs to keep track of her calorie intake to make sure she's on track.. a godd site for this is (fitday.com) If she's not "eating enough" now most likely that is the cause why she's not losing the weight.. She needs to eat enough in order for her to lose weight.. Not eating enough calories causes many metabolic changes. Your body is like a machine and senses a large decrease in dietary energy... when people don't eat enough (like many fo when they start dieting) & slash their calories too much, this causes weight loss at first but eventually your body will wake up and sound alarms that it needs to conserve energy, so this will slow down your metabolism, and pretty much take the energy from the muscle.. as muscle is very highly calorie intensive to maintain.... not to mention what it does for yoru energy levels..

I'm a big fan of HITT and circuits, not so much traditional cardio... not against it, but I believe high intensity cardio is much more effective.. She doesn't need to do excessive cardio, but a good cardio & strength training routine will give her the results she's looking for.

have her join, there's lots of useful information she can learn from here.
