What To Change From My Bulk To A Cut?
I'm about to go from a bulk to a cut and was wondering what to change to make it better. Currently this is my diet without nutrient stats.
Breakfest- 2 whole eggs with 8 egg whites in burrito roll with grated cheese and 2 cups of coffee
Pre Workout- One Scoop Protein in Smoothie with ice, hemp seeds, one strawberry and one banana piece, one scoop frozen yogurt, one cup skim milk and one cup of oatmeal
Post Workout- Two Scoop Protein in Water Or Skim Milk as I take it at gym.
Dinner 1- Chicken Breast with one cup of brown rice and one cup skim milk
Dinner 2- Chicken Breast with one baked potato and one cup skim milk
Before Bed- Two Scoop Protein Smoothie made as Pre Workout, one cup of oatmeal
Snack- One Cup Of Almonds
I figure I would leave my smoothies and breakfest the same, dump the oatmeal, replace brown rice and potato with greens like asparugus or spinach and replace snacking on Almonds with Snap Peas. Any other ideas? Thanks for any help.

I would personally drop some of the protein powders(maybe one a day IMO) and swap it out with some good, a lot healthier for you. Your going to need ALOT more food than this, but make sure its clean food.

you could replace oatmeal with steel cut oats they have `high fiber high protein helps with lean muscle

Def cut out the oatmeal before bed. Id also switch the burrito roll out with something else.

could you post either the macros for that diet or at least your own stats?

Oh my oatmeal is either steel cut or quick. Do you mean drop the burrito comepletely or replacing it with a whole grain one? Also is dropping brown rice and bake potato good for veggies? And is frozen yogurt okay for smoothie or should I use regular yogurt?
Sorry my stats are currently 5'8 1/2, 33 years old, 185-188 pounds. I started my bulk cycle at 165.

make it 4 whole eggs and less egg whites, no need to fear fat. drop the burrito roll, 1 cup of oats instead. drop the cheese, the fats from the extra egg yolks should replace them nicely

try not to take powders anytime besides post workout. this looks like a pretty carb high pre workout, but I couldn't tell you based on not knowing how much one banana piece or scoop of frozen yogurt is. so it might be good, cant say for sure. perhaps change from frozen yogurt to greek if you want to up the protein to replace some youre missing out by dropping the protein powder

looks good. suggest taking with water though, as its rumored the casein in milk will slow digestion of whey. not sure if this is broscience or not, but its something i follow
Dinner 1- Chicken Breast with one cup of brown rice and one cup skim milk
no idea how much chicken breast this is bud. could be good, cant say
Dinner 2- Chicken Breast with one baked potato and one cup skim milk
see above^
Before Bed- Two Scoop Protein Smoothie made as Pre Workout, one cup of oatmeal
shakes, you know my stance on this. try some cottage cheese before bed instead
Snack- One Cup Of Almonds
good if it fits in your macros

in bold. you can still eat the same foods while cutting as bulking, you just have to be in a deficit. something to think about. but hey man, its tough to say without knowing macros or serving sizes :/
