Are you hitting individual muscles training 5/6 times a week. if your not then your not getting enough recovery time. you need to split your meals into 6 smaller meals per day. works for me. whats your weight in lbs so you can work out your maintenance and what your goal cal/pro/fat intake should be??? also thats too much protein shakes. you only need 1 post workout with some oats milk and bananas YUMMY!!!!!!!!

I would split your training to monday: chest/tri's tuesday: legs/core Wednesday: rest Thursday: back/biceps friday: shoulders/core sat sun:rest. drinking two shakes a day isn't going to give you 'Mass'. you need to replace the one that isnt post workout with real food. Use the one post workout as a meal.

A good diet can be many things, But in general a good diet is a diet that is equal and full of nutrient dense foods. Diet is generally constructed around your life and what ur own personal requirments are ! research bro go on google ull find plenty of info
