    Anyone have any ideas on a fish that's

    Affordable
    Lean
    Wild

    Besides Salmon, Shrimp and Tilapia.

    Tuna, cat fish, trout, flounder, crawfish. They all have low mercury content (tuna a little higher) and prices vary but some are real common depending where you are.
