I am currently about half way thru a 12 week modified carb cycling diet with 3J.
Before I started the diet, I was slowly putting on fat and lacking a bit of discipline in my eating. I knew I needed to do something to get back on track.
My friend (Zimmer) who I used to train with recommended 3J to me. I was a bit unsure at first, paying that much money for a diet but after seeing his results I decided it couldn't hurt and now my only regret is that I didn't do this when I started training about 3 years ago!
I asked 3J to help me recomp and so far ive managed to maintain all of my weight (88kg), lose 6cm off my waist and get stronger all at the same time following his diet.
I don't have pictures to upload as Ive just had a new HDD installed in my laptop but trust me ive got the results I wanted. I strongly recommend 3J and his diet program to anybody wishing to drop some fat.
Now, onto the second part of my post - The log.
Im going to start logging my strength gains/body stats here as changes occur. I am hoping to get to 10% BF or less!
22yo, 88kg, 14% BF, waist @ 83cm.
Lifts: DL - 220, Squat - 180, Bench - 130
