    Default The body-sculpter diet
    I was wondering if there are any weightlifters/body-builders that can give me some dieting info. I have tried a few times to diet but always find myself giving in. I have recently come back from holiday and after tasting some of the finest foods I somehow, strangely, felt I should come home and start dieting. If I needed any more motivation I then check out my holiday pics. I've have always had a lean, slim build and I was thinking I look pretty good here from certain angles. But when I see a close up I just look terrible, I'm looking at my torso here because the rest is pretty good. Without solid abs the physique just doesn't look in good shape. I'm looking to keep the shape I got, or possibly add some more lean muscle and get the desired abs.

    My exercises and the rate at which I do it is good. But I have been doing it for months with minimal abs-results. I would like this diet to include the things I like; meats, eggs, fish (not mackerel), potatoes and the veg that I like; spinach, peas, carrots... Those are about the only vegetables I can eat. Then there is salads, yougharts, fruits, rice pasta that are all tastey but not nuts. Even though they are good I do not like nuts unless covered in chocolate.

    If anyone diets, can they post their diary if they have one? Many thanks.

    dude im gunna be honest with you here, nothing great comes without a sacrifice ! ! how bad do u want to b diced ? obviously not bad enough if ur cringing at the site of nuts ?

    Jeez, it's only a bunch of nuts. I think it's possible to go without.... Worthless contribution.
