I know i am going to get whaled on because i will be taking in more than one protien shake per day, but i must say that hitting all your macro goals is like a game of sudoku.....a really hard game of sudoku. i posted my other diet and people said it was to clean (very little fats). so here you go....and note how close i came to my goals at the very bottom.... i am proud...lol
i put everything into 2 attachments as when i copy and pasted i came out all weird. this is my first time doing this so i might have to redo it.
