MY SHOULDERS ARE UNDER DEVELOPED AND I HAD AN IDEA TO TRY AND BUILD THEM UP AS I CUT. IF I WERE TO CUT 5 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK AND SWITCH MY DIET UP FOR TWO DAYS IMMEDIATLEY AFTER A SHOULDER DAY, WOULD THAT WORK?
