Hey ive been on a cycle for over nine weeks and made some good gains, now they stopped, ive read something about mylogany or some sort of hormone that increases which haults gains so I should increase dose. But then I read that this info is old practices and its all diet. Im 168 and on aI fluxuation of a 3500-4000 calorie diet. And I cant find any time in my schedule to increase, any ideas or tips on quick high calorie meals I can make... I always hav e a 1000 cal shake with my breaky and have other shakes in my car for when im on the road but I need fast high cal meals. Any ideas?
