does anyone use mass gainer protein shakes?
i work in a supplement shop so it all comes pretty cheap, as we all know that gainers consist of huge amounts of sugar to create the calories it holds. we carry a mass gainer called precision big time and by the looks of it, it takes all competition to the dirt, everything is pretty nutritionally sound IMO.
low sugar, high protein, high carb. curious to know if anyone would take a look at big times specs and tell me whether or not its good to go, compared to a gainer such as mutant mass, its cheaper, you get more. so in someone elses opinions will it make a huge difference to take either one?

Eat REAL food. Protein shakes are only good for immediately after a workout.
