Then starts over again.
what do you guys think? and how would i lug food all day? its kinda a crappy schedule.
What types of Foods are you eating at meal times?
What does your schedule look Like on weekends? Do you have time to cook, weight/measure you food and place in individual containers during you weekend?
Your meal times are 4-5 hours in between
Can you eat anything when you first wake up?
You could snack on Almonds or other nuts, an apple, a can of tuna/or the packaged tuna
If you are at school they must have Microwaves available to heat up your lean proteins/rice or sweet potatoes
You could always carry around a little food cooler or keep a small ice chest in your car N grab food when you need it (if you drive to school) then you can pack cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, veggies, lean proteins , etc...
Really should attempt to eat every 2-3 hours

I agree with Smilee21.
Make your meals ahead of time, and place them in a small cooler with a few ice packs.

^^ Exactly, I have 2 big glad containers full of healthy food I have on me all day, and eat when I need.

Make a bunch of meals at one time and put them in tupperwear. thats what i do. very easy
-
I walk upstairs from my office to my kitchen...
-
Example of meals 1 - 4 of the five I will have tomorrow.
I took these out of the freezer today, and placed them in the fridge. Tomorrow morning they will go into my 24 can cooler so I can bring them to work

I cook a ton of meals at once and put them all in plastic containers and bring with me. fortunately I have a job that I am able to eat every 2-3hrs at and I have a microwave I can use.

I just put my crap in ziploc bags, pack a small plate, fork and spoon in a Coleman's lunch box I bought from Wally World. It has an extended top and fits a crapload of food in there. Worth looking into. Fits tupperware too.

Everyone's replies are on point ....don't forget pre-made shakes (I keep fruit & shake/MRP in powder form with me at all times.....if I can't "make" a meal I can always find a water supply for the powder & eat a banana or apple....meal done!

He might get pissed if its tuna. People at work always throw a fit when I bring tuna!

Meh I like tuna...I like the smell of it the taste of it the texture of it...I bury my face in my gf's pootang after we go to the gym because I just love the smell so much.
Get you a nice little red lunchbox and get you a red robe and go skipping through the woods and you are set bro.

Get some thing in as soon as you wake up, break the fast! even if you gotta wake up ten mins earlier.
and definitely something after work out. a protein shake with some oats thrown in is quick and easy.
these two have to be the most important i reckon
also sounds like you'd be flat out getting 6 and a half hours sleep. if you could find time for more it would be beneficial i reks .
