I am 1/2 a week into my test cycle and been eating slightly above my bmr. I am eating more than I ever have, and feel like I can't eat much more.
I am trying my best to eat at 40/40/20 and am actually pretty close at 39/36/24.
I just need more calories! preferably complex carbs and protein. I am only drinking one shake as of now, PWO.
Also, I bought like 90 dollars worth of groceries and they are almost gone a few days later. I need cheaper food! (And not a Big Mac, either!)
