Before I post I want to say thanks to all the people that have contributed to this amazing forum. By far, one of the best IMO.
Question is what alternatives or quick meals do you guys eat to keep up those calories when busy?
I've been on a great bulk this year, literally just working out and eating and sleeping, but school is starting again and my schedule sucks. There are days where I have Calculus immediately followed by a programming class and concluded by a lab. (comp engineer major)
