Yea i use it regularly, If you can find the unsweetened one it tastes great and has virtually no carbs. My local food store only has the sweetened one but but its still only 6 or 7 carbs per glass i think.
I love it as well

I personally don't like almond milk all that much....even if I did, I just love whole milk way too much to switch it out.
Although, I LOVE almond butter. I've become obsessed with making homemade granola/protein bars that are held together with almond butter and honey. Make for a nice energy boost in the middle of the day.

taste like skim milk with a nutty aftertaste.. i drink both whole milk and almond/soy.. nothing beats some old redcap straight from the teet milk.. but almond is very good for you.. and i think its like twice the calcium as whole milk..

I put half a cup to 3/4 of almond butter and half a cup of honey (you can use a lot less honey than that, I just like it extra sweet) in a saucepot and heat on low.
While that's heating up I mix 1 cup of crispy brown rice, 1 cup granola, half cup of chopped nuts, and half a cup of dried fruit in a mixing bowl. Add a dash of salt.
Mix the almond butter and honey together when they get thinned out enough by the heat. Take it off heat and let it start cooling down a bit. Add protein powder and stir in. Then pour into the mixing bowl with the other stuff and mix it up well.
Just stick that in a well greased dish into the fridge for like an hour.
They're super tasty and quick to make.
