    Default Yogurt
So, since I discovered fat free greek yogurt, I've been eating it like crazy. 2 cups a day.

I've noticed I haven't been pooping regularly since. Is this because the bacteria in the yogurt is helping me to better absorb my food? Or is there some other underlying cause here..

EH, not from the yogurt. You might want to add some fiber powder to it.

i like greek yogurt, tastes a little like sour cream. I substitute it for sour cream occasionally. i usually throw a scoop of protien powder in it and mix it up or a package of splenda

I usually eat it plain but I will add splenda and brewers yeast sometimes.

Oh wait, if you are lactose intolerant I think any dairy can cause constipation. But Im guess you are not, since you are eating dairy.

I might be lactose intolerant. Milk and whey give me horrible gas.

As for the bad taste, Mix about a tablespoon of sugar free pudding with one cup of yogurt. My favorite is cheesecake.

    I add liquid stevia, too.

But it has the consistancy of frosting or cream cheese. And it makes the most amazing ice cream if you freeze it.

It's been awesome for my Dad because he's diabetic, but he loves to eat Orange Sherbert. So being able to eat it and not worry about it affecting him is awesome.

Plain, fat free greek yogurt is DELICIOUS to put on top of your salads. I personally like to mix mine up with a little bit of hot sauce.

The store by me had it on sale for about a month so I tried it. It's awesome stuff I have to say. Mine was a vanilla flavoured one but nutritionally still high protein lower carb.
