    Post how do you get rid of that full stomach feeling (bloating)
    Is there a way to get rid of that full stomach feeling (bloating) after eating a meal not a shake other than digestion.

    ginger root ? maybe, or is that only good for digesting protein? let me know.

    ginger root helps with digesting protein and bloating caused by that. as for the full feeling, drink lots of water, you may feel fuller for a lil bit longer but once digestion kicks it willhelp it move along quicker!

    People have different digestion issues. It really depends what's giving you the problems. Ginger can help certain types of digestion problems. Also, since the bloat seems to involve water buildup, drinking extra water and taking some Dandelion Root could help. There are also special digestive enzyme products.

    I have problems digesting Lactose, and although Lactaid and Acidopholus can help with problems digesting dairy products, I just prefer to minimize my milk intake and get my milk protein from Isolated Milk Protein powder.

    chances are that your body just hasn't yet adjusted to the sudden intake of extra protein. this isn't abnormal.
