Default Couple Questions

I have a couple questions. Just want to see some feedback.

How important if at all do you think it is to separate fats and carbs?

A different area. I always take in some oatmeal with my PWO shake. But I stay away from anything but protein after 6pm. would you still take in carbs or will just protein be alright?

I prefer not to eat high fat high carb meals frequently. Performance wise i cant tell a difference but i just feel i get hungry far to easily if i do that often.

Some swear buy carb timing and carb cutoffs. Overall macros are much more important. Personally i think the carb cut off just gives off a leaner, less water retention illusion when you wake up in the morning. Actually bodyfat and composition though not so much.

My 2 cents.
