Default Need some help Post-Workout

Not sure which forum this should go in so ill just post in here.

As of now, I am bulking till December. The only question I have has to do with my post-workout shake.

PRE-WORKOUT around 30 min before gym
I drink N-O Explode

POST-WORKOUT around 30-40 min after the gym, I drink a shake consisting of

-Cytogainer (4 scoops) *5g fat/79g carb-dextrose/maltodextrose/1g sugar/54g protein
-Creatine (around 7g)
-Flax Oil (around 2 tbsp)
In 16oz of water

Now... I realized I should get some BCAA's in my diet (more than I drink now) So i bought this supplement called "Monster Amino" by the makers of Muscle Milk (CytoSport). Here is all the information so you can see for yourself.

This product contains wazy maize starch and 30g of carbs.

I just want to know if I should stop drinking my current post-workout drink and start drinking this instead? or maybe drink this during my training in the gym?

Im thinking, drinking it while im training in the gym is the best idea?

Anyone?

I think i found the answer to my own question anyway.

I drank it during my workout and I had some unbelievable pumps. Not sure if it was the no-xplode or a combination of the 2.

All i know is that I usually never get pumps like that. I'm going to do it again today and see if it happens again.

Also, i think i drank too much no-xplode because i had way too much energy.

I worked my ass off hard (chest & tricep)
and when i was leaving I wasn't even the LEAST bit tired. I was actually scared of going home with that kind of energy so i decided to finish off with calves and abs (1 exercise for each) AND it still wasn't enough. Didn't want to overtrain though.

What about a couple scoops of whey pre-workout with a couple tablespoons of dextrose.

Post you need high GI carbs to spike insulin lol its like a freebie for sugar. 65-90 grams of high GI carbs works well lol today after legs I had gummy savers. The insulin will push the protein. Your best protein source is whey after training as its processed fast and will reach your muscles the fastest. Depending on bodyweight 40-75grams lol 100 if your Ronnie Coleman. This should hold you over a 1.5-2hrs then have your post meal. You can go lighter on the protein and eat a hour later if starving like 30 grams.

post workout shake looks good, try getting it down within 15 min of workout...that's when you're in the most anabolic form and prime for nutrient uptake
