firstly u need to be eating 6meals day.

total calories should be bodyweight x 30 so 135 x 30 = 4050calories every single day

you need to read on nutrition, good quality low glycaemic foods and whole foods.

screw the milk man its full of shitty sugars anyway. only time u shud hav sugars is straight after the gym and matbe 1st wen u wake.

you need good quality fats, nuts, peanut butter, omega 3 oils, fish oils)

every one if different with ther ratio but what worked for me was protein 25%, carbs 50% fat 25%

like i say people will argue this and say u need more protein, true but like I say I grew like a weed

just trial and error my friend.

research nutrition 1st though and then research training syles to bulk up.

6wkes of strength traing a lot of 5 x 5 training then 6wks of hypertrophy reps 8-12 including supersets, dropsets, etc

good luck

Go buy yourself a george forman grill and ALLOT of food for the week. It will take you 6 mins to cook up some chicken and meat and you can prepare yourself so your set for the week. Make sure you stick to what massive says and you will put on weight in no time IF you stick to it!! dont get lazy

simple. breakfast lunch postworkout shake and meal 2hrs after gym and maybe protein shake before bed. theres 5meals and if you really wana bulk up buy a complex carb powder (really cheap) just mix it wiv protein and have that at work between breakfast and lunch and an hour before you finsih work to fuel your workout after you finish work
