wake up: protein shake
breakfast: 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, bowl of fruit, whole grain bagel, fish oil, flax
snack: protein shake
lunch:salad(lettuce, cucumber, carrot, chickpeas, oliv es,broccoli, kidney beans) chicken salad on rye bread, humus, fish oil flax
pre-workout-protein shake, yogurt, 5g creatine
pwo- protein shake with milk, carnation instant breakfast(carbs), 5mg creatine, fruit or juice, fish oil, flax oil, multi-vit
supper: rice, chicken/steak/fish, small salad, potatoe
snack- yogurt/fruit/mini-wheats
Obviously this isnt 8000 calories, this is probably between 3-4 depending on how much milk I drink that day.
For thanksgiving I easily had 8k calories tho, never eaten so much in my life.

I personally have learned to hate that full/over-stuffed sick feeling from eating too much. My body has adapted to the eat "just enough" (to reach my goals) feeling.. that way I feel light, quick, and energetic.
