appetite. some advice... Eke grafx, others...
Well, i'm realizing than my appetite is realy something anormal.
i'm always hungry.
It don't help me... i've to make cardio almost eveyday now to stay under 13%...
So, my wife is a real good cooker, and i like everything she make, but, she can't, by herlf decrease the portions... logical, i'm big-mouth heater...
So is ther's some recipe to decrease appetite?
i don't want to run ECA by now, i'm showing how to eat properly to my daughters, and don't want to show a bad exemple.
i'm 6'2 almost 240 lbs or more certainly.
13.5% to 14 % god damn!!!

drink two big glasses of water when you are hungry. wait a bit and then eat.
or maybe just keep eating but increase the vegetables and decrease other stuff.

have you ever heard of rimonabant? its a heavy appetite suppressant. i do weigh less than you and my girlfriend isnt that good of a cook but i do eat a ton as well man, it is an issue. it doesnt matter how much i eat, im hungry again within the hour. but when i am dieting, my body adjusts to the lower caloric intake and my appetite decreases accordingly. try, really try limiting your portions and i think eventually your body will require less calories to function and in response crave less calories. pm me if you want to know about rimonabant.

If you drink a lot of water with your meals you wont be able to eat as much, especially if you drink a glass or a couple before you start eating.
Another trick is when your eating, eat as slow as you can. When you just pound the food down you eat tons more than if you take your time and eat really slow. If you combined eating slowly and drinking a lot of water at meals you will def. not eat as much.

i'm the same way, but I make sure to surround myself with only healthy foods
- eat often but smaller meals
- controlling blood sugar levels can help control hunger
- drink lots of water, or calorie free soda when bulking (i try to stay away from sweeteners when cutting)
- complex carbs and fibrous vegetables can help keep the full feeling for longer
or try the ice cube diet fat boy

no problem
if you already do the above, controlling blood glucose and insulin levels is probably the most important
make sure you are eating low GI foods and healthy fats in your diet. essential fatty acids have shown to decrease hunger and play a role in controlling blood glucose and insulin levels!
