Default any suggestions for this?

im trying to put on some serious muscle in the next 3 months. im using tren enth. and test enth. at 1cc each every 4-5 days. this cycle will last me 8-10 weeks. im super excited. i was wondering if somebody could critique my diet because i dont think its the right one for putting on some serious muscle. i dont want to get cut up just yet i wanna get the most out of these supps so here is my current diet.
breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, plain oatmeal, 1 piece wheat toast
snack - protein shake
lunch - 6 - 8 oz. chicken or fish or protein, brown rice, greens
snack - protein shake
dinner 6 - 8 oz. chicken or fish or protein, baked potato plain, greens
snack - protein shake

please let me know. my current weight is 165. id liek to be like 180 in the next 2-3 months. but id ont wanna get fat. just muscle and id also like my body fat to go down. im 14% currently. id like to be like 8-10%. please let me know. thanks! oh yeah, i do cardio everyday as well.

you should get some healthy fats(vegetable oils,nuts,seeds,fat fish and so on) in there as well.

as far as your diet goes it looks good. but its kind of hard to say if its enough without knowing the amounts of rice and oats your eating.

focus on one thing at a time and you said you wanted to gain muscle so dont worry so much about fat% right now.

in my opinion you can cut down on the cardio now while gaininig and bring it back up again later when you are trying to shed some fat.

So it's not a diet, is just a eating-proper.

you have to add a 10:00 am

and 02:00 pm

a pre-workout

and a collation.

try get all your meal around 60% carb and 35% prot 5% fat.

at 10:00 and collation around 70% prot and 28% carb 2% fat ( or not fat)

I guess you have pleasure to learn by yourself to.

you can check in my last thread for the foods it could help you.

okay. the thing is, i dont want to get fat while doin this cycle, thats rediculous. i want to put muscle on but if i get fat ill be heated ive been fat before and i hate it. i want muscle not fat. is that impossible?

Guy, what do you think muscles are from eating hot-air? LOL

I kow you lost 55 lbs, ok, i've read your introduction. congrats.

But eating proper and suffisently, if you workout hard and enough/times/weeks after year bring you big satisfaction and no sides-effects.

So i know i seems to be hard, and not reliable to eat more to make muscles ( especialy for newbs) but it's real.

And you will make no fat, just according you Kcal ingested with kcal burned.

Believe me. try AAS if ineed after at least two years, and tren after four years.

but diet and workout, immedialty.

alright thanks kane i apprecaite it bro. im going to eat protein like a mad man thats for sure. and just keep my carbs for morning and after my workout right? how many lbs. of muscle do u think i can put on it 3 months? like 15-20? thanks bro

3 month, a season, so i guess if anything is made with a good metod, and corctly, the expected gain have to be about 9 lbs. 9 solid and good lbs of gain. and other 6 lbs of fat-lost. in fact you will began with mush more lean-mass, and your keeping gains willbe at 100%... without runing gear of corse.

because if AAS bring satisfaction proportionaly of her sides-effects, their keeping gain don't worht enough to maintain all the muscles built.

by seeing that it could bring you some clearification about sides-effect, effficiences, and keeping-gain of the most known of AAS. you will see, some AAS are totaly "bloat" and nothing good; other are realy a danger due the sides, read the posts to.

So just good diet, good training, good sleep. and the body makes the rest.
