lol. well, here is an important tip that everyone should do. write shit down. keep track of how much you eat, when you eat, etc. also write your workouts down, go to the gym with a gameplan knowing what you want to lift and what increases you want to make.

This is gonna require some research on your part. You say your a fat lad.

O.K. Here's a few tips to shred some fat.

1. Wake up 6-7a.m. moderate cardio on empty stomach.

2. Drink scoop whey powder only, then 40 minutes later breakfast= Egg whites, 2 wholes with Oats.

3. Mid-morn snack homemade or store protein bar.

4. Lunch 1 protein 1 Carb, Chicken and veggies or tuna and veggies.

5. Shake

6. Dinner Steak or Salmon or lean ground beef, I prefer Buffalo but I have access to that where most dont. Yam and some asparagus, fresh!

Get yourself your Essential Fatty's

Go buy Flax oil, fish oil, ALA and cook with olive oil always! Hope that helped it has for me.

good advice.

dont jump on the gear train just yet. make sure you are fully aware of pct and and all sideeffects first both positive and negative. and remember that gear wont help you anything if you dont eat and train right.

That is actually a great diet to use. I have used a diet extremely similar to that one and had amazing results! I actually started back on that similar one again today. It really works.... if you have the balls to stick to it. If your not consistent, this diet will just yo yo your ass around until you give up and get fat again. If you can pound out this diet for a good three months, I promise you will see results, regardless of what kind of workout you are doing. That diet and some cardio are key. Bulldog, you should throw up some pics of how you look now. I did that on here and it really pushed me to success. I highly recommend it.

It looks pretty fine till now. A couple a months back i ran over this site http://www.fityourselftoday.com and i actually learned a whole lot from there. From what to eat and how much, to what kind of exercises are really good for you and bring good results. I gained a lot of knowledge about training and keeping my body in shape. Take a look at it, it really helped a lot of people lose the weight and look their best. http://www.fityourselftoday.com [/
