substitution of meal.
Of course, this is not for me!
Thus this is for an young girl 18 years 5.6 hieght almost: 120lbs. I don' T know how BF.
She wants to become really very thin… and would like to use a replacement of meal.
I don't know absolutely what to advise, I hate this powder thingummies.
But she wants nothing to know of too complicated diets.
The sport which it makes are: swimming, tennis. And… shopping!!
You have an idea?

she should just make sure she trains good and eat right. and if she has the frame for it she will become thin.
shakes wont accomplish anything that smaller portions can't accomplish.

yes, in fact she makes a whim…
I already gave him all my advise…
But at this age there, even with a baseball beats nothing returns in their head…
I am certain that sheit is already below 120 LBS, she exaggerates to be able to make these stupid and synthetic mode of diet.
So, if some of you have an some idea, or, knows something than i can tell her or some links for something scarying about substitute to ( i can't believe i'm asking that sh...).
i will apreciate.

Stick with lean protein and complex carbohydrates.
Carbs: rice, oatmeal, sweet potato, red/new potato
Lean protein: children, lean beef, cans of tuna, protein shakes
