Arrow My diet trying to burn off excess fat

is my diet ok for some one trying to burn fat and tone and harden up

im trying lose the excess fat i have at the moment but finding it very hard to tone i don't want eat 2 much as i think i put fat on easy

Porrage 1 scoop protein shake with water
training
finish training 1 scoops protein shake with water
1 chicken breast in sandwich
handful nuts
protein bar
2 chicken breast and new potatoes and veg
1 scoop protein with water

that is very hard to judge witout the amounts you are eating. your total kcals will determine wheter you gain or lose weight.

It looks clean tough. what kind of training are you doing?? a combination of liftingweights,cardio and diet is the way to go when shedding excess pounds.
