protien bars
I need a good proten bar recipe. I have never made my own, but im getting sick of paying 2 bucks a bar. So if you have a good recipe....post em up!

because i have a grip of protien. i buy from cosco so you kno what that means... plus making my own would be something different that i havnt tried!

I appreciate your experimental side
But makeing a protein bar that tastes half way good is gonna cost you more than what they cost you at the local gym bro, no offense, if you don't get enough carbs is there, is gonna be as hard as a brick, but if you do figure something out, id be interested to hear about it, good luck

dude, just throw some natural pnut butter, honey, oatmeal, little splenda, scoop or two of protein, cinnamon and maybe a dash of wheat germ. roll in to balls and freeze, musclemilk 40 doesnt know what hes talking about. those cookies taste way better than a bar full of saturated fat and hydrolyzed collagen and gelatin, but who doesn't love eating chocolate flavored animal skin, bones and hooves?

i used to make these, they are awesome, i used to crave them. kinda messy to make though
ChocolOAT Protein Cookies
Blend:
• 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
• ¾ cup plain fat free yogurt
• 5 scoops of whey protein (chocolate)
• ½ cup of skim milk
• 1 package of Jello fat free/sugar free chocolate fudge pudding
Add blended mixture to:
• 4 cups of raw oats
Directions:
• Stir and mix well
• Place in 8 x 8 baking pan
• Place in freezer to make firm (about an hour)
• Store in freezer, heat up for 10 sec. in microwave
• Top with peanut butter for added fat

heres another i have. never made it
Butterscotch Cookies
Mix:
• 1 cup of raw oats
• 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
• 1 package of Jello fat free/sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
• ½ cup milk
• Cinnamon as desired
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
• Mix all ingredients and bake for about 15 minutes (eyeball it)
