Just to add a little info, my other option would be to go with something like a 40/40/20 split or maybe a 50/30/20 and just get all my carbs around workout. I didn't really plan to cut calories so I don't really know if a normal macro split would work in dropping BF. I know it sounds ass backwards but I don't really wana lose weight, I just wana lose some BF. I wana continue to add size and gain muscle, I'm just hoping I can start getting rid of some BF at the same time! Is that possible and what is the best diet to do so? Hope this makes some sense to someone!
