Default Diet Question

I have been going back and forth for some time trying to decide what diet would be best for a specific goal. I have thought about the Anabolic diet to get really lean but I don't want lose any of the muscle I worked to get. I was wondering If I were to only get carbs post workout in the form of my PWO drink, then high protein/high fat every other meal, would that still be like the anabolic diet and would there be any benefits from that?

I just feel like to get really lean the high protein/high fat diet seems to be the way to go, also says it will prevent muscle lose......true? I know its not a keto diet and that's why I am wondering what would be the big difference in getting 30g carbs like it says and getting say 70g post workout? I know I have posted about this before with other questions but I'm really lost and need some good advice! I'm great with the bulking side but this is new to me and I need some help! Thanks everyone!

Just to add a little info, my other option would be to go with something like a 40/40/20 split or maybe a 50/30/20 and just get all my carbs around workout. I didn't really plan to cut calories so I don't really know if a normal macro split would work in dropping BF. I know it sounds ass backwards but I don't really wana lose weight, I just wana lose some BF. I wana continue to add size and gain muscle, I'm just hoping I can start getting rid of some BF at the same time! Is that possible and what is the best diet to do so? Hope this makes some sense to someone! Thanks!
