I am 25, 144 lbs, 5' 6" tall, with 13.5% body fat.
My ultimate goal is to bulk up.
My workout plan is below:

My daily meal is something like below:
7:00 AM - Immediately after waking up, take Arginine
7:30 AM - Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Wheaties
8:00 AM - Two whole eggs with pasta
11:00 AM - Rice And Chicken Breast
2:00 PM - Rice And Chicken Breast
6:00 PM - Rice And Meat of some kind, a pill of multivitamin
9:00 PM - Small serving of Tuna or Wheaties with Silk
10:00 PM - Arginine right before bed
I started this diet plan since November of last year, minus the Arginine, and gained only 10 pounds. Or 1 pound a month.
Is eating canned Tuna everynight a bad thing?
I have tried taking Isolate and Creatine Mono but they give me bad bowl movements so I had to quit. I have not tried CEE yet but I have considered it.
