No, that's not good because it doesn't give a good basis to follow. First, we need your stats bro (age, height, weight, training, goals, etc..). Then we can use that to figure out what your A)totals cals should be and B)what your macro's should be (i.e. 45% protein, 30% carbs, 25% fats).. Thats a start to a good diet.
